Choose your favourite spot in this woodland idyll, whether on the historic arched bridge spanning the River Braan or in a secluded glade, and you will truly feel blessed by Mother Nature, under the cathedral-like canopy of some of Scotland's tallest and grandest trees.
Overlooking the dramatic Black Linn waterfall, Ossian's Hall, an 18th-century folly built for the 2nd Duke of Atholl, offers an all-weather location for small ceremonies and celebrations and, from the balcony, boasts stunning views of the river twisting and cascading downstream.
Well-maintained paths provide excellent access throughout The Hermitage. All-ability access is available to Ossian's Hall and, by prior arrangement, the wedding party can travel as far as the Hall by car or horse-drawn carriage.
There is a wide range of accommodation and restaurants in nearby Dunkeld and Birnam, with additional capacity available within 15 miles in Perth and Pitlochry.
