Named in honour of General Eisenhower, who stayed at Culzean on several occasions, both as General and later as US President, the six-bedroom Eisenhower Apartment, situated on the top floor of the castle, offers luxury accommodation for up to 12 guests. In the style of a country house hotel, the Eisenhower Apartment is perfect for bridal parties, family gatherings, intimate weddings and executive retreats.
Within the grounds, there are also four self-catering properties, each sleeping four guests: Brewhouse Flat, in the west wing of the castle; Royal Artillery Cottage, in the Clock Tower Courtyard; and North and South Segganwell cottages, which overlook the beach.
Weddings at Culzean Castle
Culzean offers an array of breathtaking settings in the castle, gardens and estate, for civil, religious and humanist weddings.
Within the castle, ceremonies can be held on the Oval Staircase, with its soaring colonnades and grand oil paintings; in the exquisite Round Drawing Room, with its wonderful views across to the Isle of Arran; or, for intimate celebrations, in the historic Eisenhower Apartment. Following dinner in the elegant State Dining Room, guests can gather in the castle's Georgian Kitchen for ceilidhs, dancing and the evening festivities.
For larger wedding receptions, you can combine the castle with the estate's Home Farm Restaurant. Alternatively, a marquee can be erected on the extensive lawns.
There are also a variety of unique locations within Culzean's gardens and grounds for weddings, drinks receptions and photography, including the Camellia House and Orangery.
Corporate

The castle offers a number of elegant locations for champagne receptions, gala dinners and cultural gatherings, from the Armoury with its world-famous collection of flintlock pistols and swords, to the lavish State Dining Room and spectacular Round Drawing Room.
Whether you’re with us for a day, a weekend or a week, combine business meetings, training events and conferences, with team-building activities and outdoor pursuits. Royal Troon, Turnberry and Prestwick championship golf courses are all within easy reach.
