  • Brodie Castle
    A strikingly handsome Scottish castle, located just 30 minutes from Inverness airport, Brodie is the embodiment of 16th-century grandeur. Home to a superb collection of porcelain, furniture and 20th-century art, and renowned today for its unique daffodil collection.

  • Castle Fraser
    A grand Baronial castle dating from the 16th century, Castle Fraser is a home of almost sculptural splendour. Here, in a valley by the River Don 16 miles west of Aberdeen and only 20 minutes from Aberdeen Airport, turrets, balustrades and gables combine to memorable effect.

  • Crathes Castle
    A truly spectacular Scottish castle, situated only 15 miles from Aberdeen, Crathes was built in the 16th century. It has a profusion of turrets, gargoyles and towers, and is surrounded by superb gardens including ancient sculpted yew trees.

  • Drum Castle
    Situated only 10 miles west of Aberdeen amid an ancient oak forest at the gateway to Royal Deeside, Drum is simply unique. Medieval history, Jacobean romance and Victorian opulence combine to striking effect.

  • Fyvie Castle
    One of the finest baronial castles in Scotland and often described as a palace, Fyvie dates back to the early 13th century. Set in fantastic 18th-century designed parklands with its own private loch, Fyvie Castle is only 30 minutes from Aberdeen Airport. The castle is steeped in history, myth and legend and is the perfect location for large or intimate functions and with its romantic vision of towers, turrets and gables it is the perfect venue for weddings.

  • Haddo House
    One of Scotland's grandest stately homes, located just 19 miles from Aberdeen, Haddo is a wonderful combination of crisp Georgian architecture and sumptuous Victorian interiors, surrounded by a terrace garden leading to the country park.

  • House of Dun
    A beautiful Georgian House, only 3 miles west of Montrose, it was designed for Lord Dun by William Adam in 1730 and has fabulous Victorian gardens overlooking Montrose Basin.

  • Mar Lodge
    A grand country house, originally built as a sporting lodge in the Cairngorms, it now contains five spacious apartments which can accommodate 30 guests. It is set in 29,000 hectares of the most majestic scenery in Scotland, just 5 miles west of Braemar.
