    Medieval Festival featuring 'The Battle of Harlaw'
    See what it was like to live in medieval times, as Castle Fraser plays host to 200 warriors. ... More>
    Around 200 medieval warriors will be camping at Castle Fraser, and the festival will climax with a re-enactment of 'The Battle of Harlaw'.

    A village of craftsmen will be selling their wares to the public.

    Bannockburn Battlefield Walk
    Come along for this free event, running as part of Scottish archaeology month. ... More>
    The walk starts and ends at Bannockburn Heritage Centre car park, and covers three sites associated with the Battle of Bannockburn.

    The walk is approximately seven miles long and follows country paths, which can be muddy - stout footwear and waterproof clothing is recommended. Participants should be aged 12+. Dogs welcome.

    Admission to the exhibition centre is not included in the event.

    The walk will be led by Evelyn Wilson, Learning Officer for Bannockburn Heritage Centre and Alloa Tower.
