    Scottish Perspective had a successful exhibition in London in 2007 and this will be their first showing in Edinburgh.

    Don't miss out on a great opportunity to meet contemporary artists exhibiting their work in a unique 17th century setting. The Gladstone Gallery is open daily during the exhibitions and admission is free.

    Saturday's admission also includes a Whisky Kitchen Cookbook demonstration 2pm-4pm with Whisky Kitchen Cookbook co-authors Graham Harvey and Sheila McConachie of Craggan Mill Restaurant, Grantown on Spey. The Whisky Kitchen cookbook and a wide selection of Christmas gifts will be on sale at the Brodie Castle shop.

    Watch the authors create tempting dishes for you to try along with a tutored whisky and food tasting. The Whisky Kitchen cookbook and gifts will be on sale for you at the Castle shop as the perfect gift for the whisky enthusiast or so you can recreate the dishes at home.

    This event forms part of the Brodie Castle Winter Fayre so why not celebrate St Andrew’s Day by visiting the Brodie Castle and enjoying Scottish dishes in the restaurant and the festive events in the courtyard.
