How to book

All schools and education groups visiting the new Visitor Centre and battlefield must book their visit in advance.  This will help to avoid overcrowding, and will enable on-site Learning staff to help and support your visit.

We limit overall numbers of pupils to 60 on site at any one time.  The guided programmes described on this website are for one class at a time only. For more than one class, we will deliver a bespoke programme agreed with the teacher.

Availability
All programmes (except “After the Battle”) are available throughout the year, Monday through Wednesday, subject to staff availability.

You may also be able to book the programmes for Thursdays and Fridays under special circumstances. Please speak to Katey Boal, Learning Manager.

You will need to supply the following information when you book:

• Name & Contact Details of School
• Name of Visiting Teacher & Contact (including email address)
• Age group
• Number of pupils
• Number of accompanying adults
• Special Requirements
• Date and Time of Visit
