How to book

All schools and education groups visiting the new Visitor Centre and battlefield must book their visit in advance. This will help to avoid overcrowding, and will enable on-site Learning staff to help and support your visit.

Availability
All programmes (except “After the Battle”) are available throughout the year, Monday through Wednesday, subject to staff availability.

You may also be able to book the programmes for Thursdays and Fridays under special circumstances. Please speak to Nicole Deufel, Learning Manager.

To book one of our guided school programmes, please call the centre on 0844 493 2159.

You will need to supply the following information when you book:

• Name & Contact Details of School
• Name of Visiting Teacher & Contact (including email address)
• Age group
• Number of pupils
• Number of accompanying adults
• Special Requirements
• Date and Time of Visit
• Title of requested Porgramme (click here to see programmes)
