2. Minutes
To approve the minute of the Annual General Meeting held at the Albert Halls, Stirling on 26 September 2015.

3. Annual Review and Accounts 2015/16
The Chief Executive’s Report on the In for the Future change programme, the Chief Financial Officer’s summary of the Accounts for 2015/16, the Chair of the Nominations Committee’s comments on a review of future Trustee appointments and consideration of adoption of the 85th Annual Review and Accounts.

4. Election of Auditors
The Board of Trustees will propose RSM UK Audit LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG be re-appointed as the Trust’s auditors.

5. Election of the President and Vice-Presidents
The following will be proposed for re-election: Jamie, Earl of Lindsay DL (President), Professor Hugh Cheape; Mr Simon Fraser; Mr Angus MacDonald OBE; Professor Michael Scott-Morton and the Duchess of Fife (Vice-Presidents).

6. Ordinary Membership Subscription
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees will propose a resolution increasing the minimum amount of the annual subscription required for qualification as an Ordinary member of the National Trust for Scotland from £54 to £56.

7. Announcement of the recipients of the George Waterston Memorial and Colin Donald Environmental Law Awards
The recipients of the George Waterston Memorial Award, which is presented to a volunteer who has shown an outstanding contribution to the Trust, and the Colin Donald Environmental Law Award to the student who has written the prize-winning essay on the subject, will be announced.

8. Big Digging at Bannockburn
Special video presentation featuring Professor Tony Pollard, Director of the Centre for Battlefield Archaeology, University of Glasgow.

9. Annual General Meeting 2017
Announcement of the arrangements for the 2017 AGM.

Following lunch, buses will be available to take delegates on an optional trip to the Battle of Bannockburn Centre.

Various supporting papers may be tabled at the meeting. The Annual Review, Annual Accounts and the draft minute of the last AGM will be provided on request in writing to the Trust Secretary and can be downloaded prior to the meeting from this page.

Copies will also be available at the AGM.

ATTENDANCE
You do not need to register to attend the AGM but it helps us if you do so as soon as possible by returning your advance booking form or using the online option at www.nts.org.uk/Charity/AGM/Register/. 

If you wish to purchase lunch on the day, you must register and let us know by 16 September 2016. Please remember to bring your membership card and papers to the AGM – admission may be refused if you cannot produce your card.

ACCESS TO THE ALBERT HALLS
The Albert Halls are a short distance from the centre of Stirling. Access is via Dumbarton Road and facilities include level access, adapted toilets and a lift. There is also an induction loop in the main auditorium.
